Natural Fruit Face Mask
This natural skin care recipe is so simple that I do not even need to list the ingredients!
Nothing can be more natural than fruit and a fruit face mask is crammed full of natural goodness, vitamins and nutrients. Try to incorporate a fruit face mask into your skin care regime on a regular basis to take full benefit.
All you need to do to create this mask for your facial is to take a fruit, or selection of fruits and mash them. Pat the mask gently onto the skin and relax for ten to fifteen minutes while the mask works for you;-)
Rinse the mask off with cool water and you are done!
Possibly the best fruits for this mask are those high in fruit acids which gently exfoliate the skin (remove dead skin cells). You will find that mixing a banana into the mask will make it more manageable. Try a mix of banana with strawberries and pineapple.
The whole process should not take longer than half an hour from start to finish but, if used regularly, your skin will continue to benefit.
*** Most skin masks should NOT be applied cold as this would cause the pores of your skin to close and the effects of the mask would be vastly reduced.
